The curing process, together with the high quality of the milk and the handmadeexperience, is the secret for this incredible cheese that is sold and distributed throughout the Sorrentina Peninsula, spanning from the bougainvilleasof Positano to the rocky cliffs of Capri. The visit to the factory, like every excursion, has its own explanation in Italian or English, and the guests are welcomed in a friendly andfamiliar atmosphere.
